Last updated October 12, 2026. This notice explains how the Bermuda Simulator Founding Players waitlist handles information submitted through this website.

What we collect

Your email address, registration and consent timestamps, and broad campaign/source information. If you choose to answer Player Intel, we also collect your selected platforms, favorite gameplay type, hypothetical game price preference, and whether you are in Bermuda or outside Bermuda. Limited technical data may be used to discourage automated signups.

Why we collect it

To register you for development news and potential playtesting opportunities, confirm your email address, prevent abuse, and understand prospective player interests. Survey answers are optional and are research—not purchase commitments or guaranteed release plans.

How data is handled

Waitlist information is stored privately through Vercel's infrastructure; confirmation messages are sent through Resend. Administrative access is restricted. We may share anonymous, aggregated interest metrics with potential collaborators or investors, but we do not sell registration email addresses. We keep waitlist information while it is relevant to the project or until a valid deletion request has been processed, subject to necessary records.

Your choices

You may decline the optional Player Intel survey. To stop future emails, use the unsubscribe link included in registration emails. This suppresses future waitlist mailings but does not itself delete a stored registration. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact the Bermuda Simulator creator via @keemosabimusic on TikTok. Please do not send account passwords or sensitive personal information.

About the game

Joining is free. A release date, supported platforms, and pricing have not been announced. Promotional concept footage may depict features or graphics not yet available in the playable prototype.

Founding Players is an interest list, not a preorder or a guarantee of beta access.
